<h2>Fremgangsmåte</h2>
<p>Begynn med marinaden. Finhakk løk, hvitløk og chili. Ha alle ingrediensene sammen med kjøttet og bland det godt sammen. La det stå og marinere ett døgn i kjøleskap (eller kok det med én gang hvis du har dårlig tid.</p>
<p>Ha dette så over i en kjele og fyll på med vann til det dekker kjøttet. Kok opp, ha på en teskje salt, og la det småkoke til kjøttet er mørt ca 1 time. Løft stykkene forsiktig ut av kjelen og legg dem på et stekebrett til de er tørre.</p>
<p>Lag så sausen. Smelt sukkeret til karamell og tilsett hvitløk og ingefær. La det steke maks 10-15 sek ellers svir karamellen seg. Ha i sirup, hakkede tomater, ketchup og soyasaus. La dette småkoke i 15 min, så er sausen klar til bruk og servering.</p>
<p>Pensle kjøttet med BBQ sauce og stek sprøtt i ovn på grillvarme 220 C i ca 15 min.</p>
<p>Lag så maispuréen. Kutt maiskornene av kolben og ha dem i kjele med fløtemelk (blanding av fløte og melk). Kok dette mørt på svak varme i ca 15 min og kjør dette til puré i en blender sammen med smøret og smak til med salt og pepper.</p>
<p>Anrett spareribsene på maispuré og pynt med basilikum</p>

<p>
Visp egg og sukker til lett eggedosis<br />
Smelt smøret og bland det med melken. Ha blandingen i eggedosisen.<br />
Bland det tørre og ha det i til slutt.<br />
Fordel røren i muffinsformer slik at formene er 1/3 fulle<br />
Vend de frosne bærene i litt hvetemel slik at de dekkes av et tynt lag mel. Plasser en spiseskje med blåbær i hver form. Fyll på med deig til formen er 3/4 full.

Hell alt tilbake i kjelen og rør kraftig til det tykner. Pass på at det ikke brenner fast i bunnen. Ta ut vaniljestangen.<br />
Ha kremen i en form og dekk til med folie. Bør avkjøles hurtig.<br />

5 dl kremfløte<br />
5 dl ferdig vaniljekrem<br />
300 g friske bær</p>
<p><strong>Fremgangsmåte</strong><br />
Forvarm stekeovnen til 250 °C.<br />
Tegn opp en sirkel på 26 cm i diameter på et bakepapir.<br />
Visp eggehvitene til hardt skum i en helt ren bolle. Ha i eddiken mens du visper.<br />
Tilsett sukker, maisenna og vaniljesukker litt etter litt i eggehvitene mens du fortsatt visper.<br />
Når massen er blank og smidig har du den på bakepapiret, innenfor sirkelen.<br />
Sett platen nederst i ovnen og senk varmen fra 250 grader til 100 grader.<br />
Stek bunnen i ca 1 time, da er marengesen sprø på yttersiden og myk inni. La den avkjøles og flytt den forsiktig over på fat.<br />
Rett før servering vispes fløten tilsatt sukker til krem og blandes med vaniljekrem. Pynt med rikelig med bær.</p>
